The apartment is located on the ground floor of our cozy apartment house with two independent residential units. The TOP 1 apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The apartment includes a spacious living-bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated shower. We provide you with free toiletries in the bathroom, such as bath products and shampoo. The toilet is separate.

The apartment is fully equipped for your comfortable stay. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, from sharp knives to wooden spoons. There are also glasses, plates and pots as well as a Philips Senseo coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.

Our guests also have access to a selection of coffee pods and a wide range of teas free of charge. We want to make sure you feel completely comfortable, so bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are also provided for you.

You can also expect a diverse television program, including popular streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.
